Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns for small & Medium items

(Small &Medium : towel , bath robe , cushion  , mirrors  bed linen and other small squishy things)

  1.  Email to info@enhom.com request a return within 14 days of accepting your delivery.
  2. We will issue you with a (boring but important) Sales Return Number.
  3. Our carrier DPD /EVRi will also email you with a return label to print out.
  4. Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that everything is tickety-boo when it arrives back at our warehouse.
  5. Remember to write your Sales Return Number on the outside of your parcel. This will help us to speed up your refund.
  6. Then stick the DPD/EVRi return label on top of your package and take it to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop. With 2,500 locations to choose from you won't have to travel far.

Once you have returned your item we will refund you in full - including the original delivery costs if you are returning your full order. Easy!

Returns for large items

(Sofas, bathroom vanity units and side tables and other large handmade items )

We’re confident that you and your Rubeza products will have a long and happy life together, but we offer you our 14 Day Trial just to make sure. This trial applies to UK Mainland ONLY and is subject to the conditions set out below.

Deductions to your refund may apply, please see table below*.

Here’s how our 14 day trial works:

• Your trial starts from the day of delivery (so you receive it on "Day 1"). We’re sure it’ll be love at first sight, so take this time to get well acquainted.

• What’s not to love? If you’re a match made in heaven, then no further action is needed. The products is yours for keeps.

• If you do find you’re having teething troubles, you’re able to return your products within the 14 days provided that it’s in near-perfect condition and resalable condition. Simply contact us with the subject line 'Order Number X: Return', explaining why you'd like to return your items. Our collection costs are £99 for anywhere in the Mainland UK , if you send with your own delivery service with original package you will get full refund.The original delivery cost won't be reimbursed.

Please note the following important conditions apply to the 14 day trial:

  • We do not accept returns under this policy on damaged items (e.g. products that are ripped, torn, marked, soiled, worn or with other defects) where this damage was not caused by us.
  • We do not accept returns on orders where the 14 day trial has already been used against a prior purchase for the same customer.
  • When returning a product, please repack the order in its original boxes . You may use alternative packaging if the original packaging is not available, but you will be deducted £49 from any refund.It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned products are adequately protected and arrive back in a resalable condition before we issue any refund.
  • We do not accept returns when we suspect any dishonesty, misrepresentation or misconduct on your part.
  • 14 days to return any unwanted goods , 30 days to inform you about damaged or faulty goods to which customers also have a right of return.
  • A restocking fee may apply to returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are initiated outside the specified returns period.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We, as ENHOM, desire you are satisfied with your order. We are sure you will like our products, nevertheless if otherwise please do not worry. Simply return the product within 14 days. If it is in its original status, we will pay-back all items for you (full refund).

Just send mail to us via info@enhom.com and return the item to us. We do not provide free returns and you will be liable for the cost of returning an item; however, we request that you use a registered delivery service and acquire proof of postage. We kindly ask that you return one or more goods in the same condition as when you received them with all tags remaining attached. Please take sensible precautions to make sure that things are returned securely and without being damaged in transportation, and if feasible, include the original packing. 

To ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly, please make sure that your order number, name and address are included on a note inside the parcel.

You are welcome to return your parcel using an alternative service, however you will be responsible for the associated postage costs and we will not reimburse the charges incurred. Below is the address that returns should be sent to:

Whichever way you decide to make the return, please keep hold of your receipt for proof of postage until you see the refund in your account.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, we will try our hardest to process your refund as quickly as possible. During exceptionally busy periods this can take up to 5-7 days. Once the return has been processed for a refund, you’ll receive an automated email with the details of your refund.

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment and can take up to an additional 3 – 5 days after being processed to appear on your bank or credit card statement. PayPal refunds should be available within just a few hours of being processed. Please note that any delivery costs paid will not be reimbursed.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

We take huge pride in our high-quality products and carry out rigorous quality checks before they reach you. However, there are very rare occasions where a customer will receive a faulty item. It’s important to us that only the best standard of ENHOM products are being received by our customers, so please do let us know if there are any issues with anything you’ve received and we will pass this onto the relevant team.

To make sure that we can get the perfect items to you, please email images of the fault to info@enhom.com at the earliest opportunity and a member of our Customer Services team will try to resolve the issue for you. Please do not return any items to us until you have contacted with us as we will not reimburse charges incurred for making the return unless they have been pre-approved by our Customer Service team.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
